NEXT COM SA is expanding its consulting services team and is looking for a highly qualified and motivated professional with strong academic credentials and hands-on experience in funding tools and public procurement systems.

Key Responsibilities

As part of our team, you will:

  • Prepare Technical Data Sheets for project submissions under national & EU funding instruments
  • Manage proposal submissions through the OPS (Operational Programme System)
  • Handle workflows and procedures in ESIDIS
  • Support project management, monitoring, and coordination activities

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Master's degree (mandatory)
  • Proven experience in preparing and submitting proposals through OPS
  • Solid knowledge of ESIDIS procedures
  • Excellent communication, analytical and organizational skills

Nice to Have

  • Background in consulting or publicly funded projects
  • Ability to manage deadlines and multitask effectively
  • Team-oriented mindset and strong problem-solving attitude
