  • 1+ μήνες εμπειρίας σε περιβάλλον λιανικής πώλησης αθλητικών ειδών ή μόδας.
  • Γνώση των ΒΔΕ καταστημάτων και των εργαλείων ερμηνείας τους για την αύξηση των πωλήσεων.
  • Αποτελεσματικές δεξιότητες εξυπηρέτησης πελατών και πωλήσεων.
  • Να έχουν ομαδικό πνεύμα και να είναι ανθεκτικοί, πρόθυμοι να μάθουν και περίεργοι.
  • Καλές δεξιότητες επικοινωνίας στην αγγλική γλώσσα.

  • Να εργάζεσαι συνεργατικά και να αυξάνεις τις πωλήσεις υποστηρίζοντας τη διαχείριση των εμπορευμάτων (παραδόσεις και ανεφοδιασμός), για να κερδίσουμε μαζί ως ομάδα και να επιτύχουμε τους στόχους του καταστήματος.
  • Να αναλαμβάνεις την ευθύνη και να δείχνεις προνοητικότητα για τη δική σου μάθηση, ολοκληρώνοντας όλη τη σχετική εκπαίδευση και εφαρμόζοντάς την αποτελεσματικά στον χώρο του καταστήματος.
