KORRES is looking for a dynamic, self-motivated Store Assistant to join our Sales team at the Athens International Airport. You will be working in a challenging international environment which embraces continuous learning and growth alongside a dynamic team of experienced professionals.
Your scope of work entails:
- Build strong customer relationships and loyalty by providing personalized service and follow-up
- Demonstrate and promote products to customers, highlighting their features and benefits
- Support customers in finding the right product for their needs, skin type, and preferences.
- Meet sales goals and targets by promoting and selling products.
- Provide expert advice on skincare, makeup, and beauty products to customers
- Provide beauty services such as makeovers, skincare consultations, and product demonstrations.
- Handle customer complaints and returns aiming to customer satisfaction
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including product displays and testers.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Foreign languages literacy
- Excellent communication skills and customer engagement orientation
- Sales-oriented with the ability to meet sales goals and targets
- Previous experience in retail or beauty industry preferred.
- Strong knowledge of skincare and beauty products, including ingredients and their benefits.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
