Αναζητούμε δυναμικό/ή καιπροσανατολισμένο/η στο αποτέλεσμα Assistant Store Manager για το κατάστημα μας, στο The Mall Athens, με πάθος για την εξυπηρέτηση πελατών και την ανάπτυξη ομάδων.
Είσαι έτοιμος/η για το επόμενο βήμα στην καριέρα σου στοχώρο της λιανικής; Η θέση αναφέρεται στον/στην Store manager με κύριες αρμόδιότητες:
- Διασφάλιση της εύρυθμης λειτουργίας του καταστήματος
- Παρακολούθηση των καθημερινών στόχων της ομάδας
- Παρακολούθηση & Ανάλυση πωλήσεων και εταιρικών δεικτών απόδοσης (KPIs)
- Εφαρμογή προτύπων Visual Merchandising
- Διαχείριση αποθέματος και εμπορευμάτων
- Εκπαίδευση, καθοδήγηση και παρακίνηση της ομάδας
- Άριστη και επαγγελματική εξυπηρέτηση πελατών
- Τήρηση των εσωτερικών διαδικασιών και πολιτικών της εταιρείας
Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:
Απαραίτητα προσόντα:
- Τουλάχιστον 2–4 έτη εμπειρίας σε θέση ευθύνης στο χώρο της λιανικής
- Ισχυρές ηγετικές ικανότητες και επιχειρηματικό προσανατολισμό
- Εμπειρία στην ανάπτυξη και παρακίνηση ομάδας
- Επικοινωνιακές και οργανωτικές δεξιότητες
- Καλή γνώση της Αγγλικής γλώσσας
- Άνεση στη χρήση Η/Υ (Excel, POS συστήματα κ.λπ.)
