Αρμοδιότητες:

  • Επικοινωνεί με μεταφορικές εταιρίες τόσο για την λήψη προσφορών όσο και για τον προγραμματισμό φορτώσεων (εισαγωγών, εξαγωγών, courier)
  • Είναι υπεύθυνος για την συντήρηση των υπολογιστικών συστημάτων της εταιρίας (ERP / WMS) με κρίσιμες πληροφορίες σχετικά με το σύνολο των παραγγελιών
  • Επιβλέπει την ορθή και ασφαλή φόρτωση των προϊόντων σε φορτηγά και κοντέινερ βάσει σχεδίων φόρτωσης και packing list ενώ ελέγχει και την κατάλληλη συσκευασία / παλετοποίηση
  • Έχει την ευθύνη διαχείρισης και προσδιορισμού του βέλτιστου ύψους των αποθεμάτων με στόχο την απρόσκοπτη τροφοδοσία της παραγωγής, της ικανοποίησης των παραγγελιών και ταυτόχρονα την ελαχιστοποίηση του ύψους αποθεμάτων
  • Συμμετέχει στην ανάπτυξη των υπολογιστικών συστημάτων ERP / WMS / Fleet Management
  • Αναλαμβάνει και συμμετέχει σε projects που σχετίζονται με την βελτίωση των λειτουργιών της αλυσίδας εφοδιασμού
  • Παρακολούθηση, ανάπτυξη δεικτών (KPIs) και δημιουργία αναφορών

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

  • Κάτοχος Πτυχίου ΑΕΙ/ΤΕΙ με κατεύθυνση Logistics / Supply Chain management / Διοίκηση Επιχειρήσεων
  • Εμπειρία σε οργανωμένο τμήμα Logistics παραγωγικής βιομηχανίας
  • Άριστη Γνώση MS Office
  • Ικανότητα χρήσης υπολογιστικών συστημάτων ERP και WMS
  • Πολύ καλή γνώση Αγγλικών
  • Βασικές γνώσεις θεσμικού πλαισίου μεταφορών και διακίνησης αγαθών (INCOTERMS κλπ)
