Your Mission:

As a
Customer Service Expert
, you'll be the friendly, knowledgeable voice for customers in Germany, the UK, and Ireland—helping them with their coffee machines, coffee grinders, and small appliance needs. Your role will involve:

  • Providing
    after-sales support
    via phone, email, and (soon) chat
  • Troubleshooting technical issues (light level)
  • Handling delivery inquiries, refund requests, and product assistance
  • Using Salesforce to manage and resolve customer queries
  • Working closely with your team to ensure
    outstanding customer satisfaction

What You Bring:

  • Exceptional written & verbal
    German & Dutch
    skills
  • Strong
    English
    communication (B2–C1)
  • Sharp attention to detail and
    problem-solving ability
  • Comfort with
    technical troubleshooting
  • A team player's mindset
  • Typing speed of
    25 wpm or higher
  • Flexibility to handle changes and new challenges
