Η SPM Network ηγέτης στον χώρο του Ηλεκτρονικού Εμπορίου ζητάει νέο/νέα για την θέση E-Commerce Customer Service

Αναφερόμενος/η στην E-Commerce Customer Service Team Leader, οι κύριες αρμοδιότητές σoυ είναι:

  • Παρέχεις την καλύτερη δυνατή εξυπηρέτηση στον πελάτη
  • Διαχειρίζεσαι άψογα τα παράπονα των πελατών, δίνεις σαφείς οδηγίες, προτείνεις δραστηριότητες που κερδίζουν τον πελάτη
  • Ελέγχεις το ηλεκτρονικό ταχυδρομείο της εξυπηρέτησης πελατών του ηλεκτρονικού καταστήματος, απαντάς στα ερωτήματα των πελατών και επιλύεις τις υποθέσεις τους, ενημερώνοντας ταυτόχρονα τη βάση δεδομένων του συστήματος CRM
  • Εφαρμόζεις τις ρουτίνες και τις διαδικασίες του τμήματος

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:

  • Προσανατολισμός στην εξυπηρέτηση του πελάτη
  • Αποτελεσματικότητα, προγραμματισμός & οργάνωση
  • Ικανότητα διαχείρισης κρίσεων και δύσκολων καταστάσεων
  • Ομαδικό πνεύμα και καλή επικοινωνία
  • Γνώση της Αγγλικής Γλώσσας
  • Γνώση ηλεκτρονικών υπολογιστών (με έμφαση στο excel)
  • Απολυτήριο Λυκείου
  • Τουλάχιστον 2 χρόνια εμπειρίας σε εξυπηρέτηση πελατών
