Σκοπός της θέσης

Διαχείριση της online πλατφόρμας και υλοποίηση της στρατηγικής B2B e-commerce, με στόχο τη συνεχή βελτίωση της online εμπειρίας του πελάτη και την αποτελεσματική υποστήριξη της συνολικής εμπορικής στρατηγικής της εταιρείας.

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

  • Πτυχίο Marketing/Οργάνωσης και Διοίκησης Επιχειρήσεων/ Οικονομικών Επιστημών/Πληροφορικής ή άλλο συναφές αντικείμενο

  • Άριστη γνώση Αγγλικών (επίπεδο C2)

  • 2–3 χρόνια εμπειρία σε e-commerce, ιδανικά σε B2B περιβάλλον.

  • Καλή γνώση CMS πλατφόρμων (π.χ. WooCommerce) και e-commerce εργαλείων.

  • Εξοικείωση με ERP/CRM/PIM συστήματα και B2B διασυνδέσεις.

  • Ικανότητα ανάλυσης δεδομένων και χρήση εργαλείων όπως Google Analytics, Power BI ή άλλα παρόμοια.

  • Πολύ καλές οργανωτικές και επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες.

Επιθυμητά Προσόντα

  • Εμπειρία σε digital marketing ή καμπάνιες B2B.

  • Γνώση SEO/SEM και UX/UI best practices.

  • Κατανόηση B2B πωλήσεων και κύκλου ζωής πελάτη.

Αρμοδιότητες

  • Υποστήριξη στη σχεδίαση και εκτέλεση της στρατηγικής B2B e-commerce.

  • Διαχείριση και ενημέρωση της online πλατφόρμας (CMS, PIM, ERP διασυνδέσεις).

  • Διαχείριση περιεχομένου (προϊόντα, τιμές, καμπάνιες, προωθητικές ενέργειες).

  • Συνεργασία με agencies για E-commerce digital campaigns, Google Ads, SEO, Web development, Web design & ERP διασυνδέσεις.

  • Παρακολούθηση βασικών KPIs (conversion, average order value, CLV) και reporting.

  • Συνεργασία με τμήματα Πωλήσεων, Marketing, Logistics και IT για καθημερινή λειτουργία.

  • Έρευνα αγοράς και benchmarking ανταγωνισμού.

  • Συμμετοχή σε έργα ψηφιακού μετασχηματισμού και αυτοματοποίησης διαδικασιών.

  • Προσανατολισμός στο αποτέλεσμα, υπευθυνότητα και ομαδικό πνεύμα εργασίας
