By joining us you will have the opportunity to work directly with
Deloitte Belgium's
talent acquisition team on innovative international projects.

We are a forward thinking team who strive to provide the highest possible standards in finding, growing and retaining the remarkable assemblage of talent within Deloitte. Joining our team in Thessaloniki offices you will find yourself working with the Deloitte Belgium's Talent team in the below activities:

  • Partner with the recruiter and hiring managers to understand the hiring needs and priorities needed to build targeted sourcing plans with a focus on European talent
  • Proactively source, identify and build talent pipelines and networks across skills groups, focused on European countries, utilizing creative and innovative sourcing and networking initiatives (LinkedIn, our own data base, social media, search engines, niche regional and (inter)national job boards…)
  • Effectively build and engage with talent communities through social media
  • Use social networks (LinkedIn groups, other online forums…) to promote Deloitte jobs
  • Build an outstanding candidate experience, manage candidate communities and maintaining relationships with candidates not selected through the recruitment process
  • Populate the applicant tracking system (ATS) to track progress of searches and document leads and candidates
  • Provide relevant reporting to assess effectiveness of sourcing channels, follow-up on time to fill, create dashboards on hiring progress of critical vacancies, etc
  • Possibility to evolve towards prescreening candidates (clarification or additional information on their resumes according to the job, competency and cultural fit), summarize results and make recommendations to recruiters regarding next steps

#OurRequirements

We are looking for candidates with:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree along with 0-2 year of corporate or agency experience
  • Fluent in English (written and orally), French/Dutch is an asset
  • Ability to build credibility and trust relationship with various stakeholders (candidates, recruiters, hiring managers etc)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal skills
  • Team player, can do attitude, perseverant in both local and working from abroad environment
  • General organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrates initiative, drive and pursuit for quality
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Social media savviness with online networks and knowledge participation (LinkedIn, online forums, user groups etc)
  • Experience using ATS's and CRM systems is an asset
  • Sound knowledge of MS office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook)
