Nach ausführlicher Einarbeitung im Büro ist auch das Arbeiten im Home Office möglich. Immer individuell mit dir abgestimmt. (Hybrid Arbeitsmodel)

Wunderbar zentral in der Stadt, unterstützt du von hier aus unser Team und betreust Vodafone Kunden bei allen Fragen zu Internet, Telefon und TV in unserem Büro in Thessaloniki.

Das ist dein Arbeitsalltag:

  • Im Inbound Kundenservice nimmst du telefonische Anfragen der Kunden entgegen
  • Ob Fragen zu Rechnungen, zum bestehenden Tarif oder zum Kundenkonto – du hilfst deinen Kunden gern weiter
  • Du bist ein Ass im Vertrieb und berätst deine Kunden zu neuen Produkten oder optimierst diese nach der Anliegenklärung
  • Mit Sorgfalt dokumentierst du die Kundenkontakte und Maßnahmen in der jeweiligen Datenbank

Wenn du das mitbringst, sind wir auf einer Wellenlänge:

  • Du bist motivierte/-r Quereinsteiger/-in oder besitzt Erfahrungen als Mitarbeiter Kundenservice / Call Center Agent
  • Die Arbeit am PC ist dir nicht fremd und du besitzt technisches Grundverständnis
  • Reden und Menschen beraten sind genau dein Ding
  • Angebotsunterbreitung & Vertrieb liegt dir im Blut
  • Dein Deutsch ist gut – in Wort und Schrift
  • Du bist zuverlässig und arbeitest gern im Team

  • 40 Stunden 1.250 € Brutto/Monat Grundgehalt ( bis zu 250 € monatlich – abhängig von der Büroanwesenheit)
  • 30 Stunden 937.50€ Brutto / Monat ( bis zu 250 € monatlich – abhängig von der Büroanwesenheit)
  • 20 Stunden 625€ Brutto / Monat ( bis zu 250 € monatlich – abhängig von der Büroanwesenheit)
