Κύρια καθήκοντα

  • Καλωσόρισμα πελατών και διασφάλιση επαγγελματικής και φιλικής υπηρεσίας στους πελάτες

  • Επικοινωνία με τους πελάτες, συμπεριλαμβανομένης της διαχείρισης παραπόνων

  • Ενημέρωση και διοργάνωση εξατομικευμένων δραστηριοτήτων εντός και εκτός ξενοδοχείου

  • Επικοινωνία με εξωτερικούς συνεργάτες για την οργάνωση υπηρεσιών για τους πελάτες

  • Διαχείριση e-mail ξενοδοχείου και του ξενοδοχειακού λογισμικού συστήματος Protel

  • Διαχείριση και επίλυση επειγόντων / έκτακτων περιστατικών

  • Άριστη συνεργασία με το τμήμα υποδοχής

  • Συνεργασία με τα υπόλοιπα τμήματα

Απαιτούμενα προσόντα

  • Απόφοιτος τουριστικής σχολής ή πανεπιστημίου

  • Προϋπηρεσία τουλάχιστον 2 ετών σε αντίστοιχες θέσεις σε ξενοδοχεία 4 ή αστέρων

  • Άριστη γνώση αγγλικών (Άλλη ξένη γλώσσα θα θεωρηθεί προσόν.)

  • Άριστη γνώση χειρισμού ξενοδοχειακού λογισμικού Protel, Η/Υ, καθώς και άριστη γνώση τήρησης ταμείων

  • Άριστες επικοινωνιακές ικανότητες και διάθεση εξυπηρέτησης του πελάτη

  • Ικανότητα διαχείρισης παραπόνων και προβλημάτων

  • Επαγγελματική εμφάνιση και συμπεριφορά, οργανωτικά και διοικητικά προσόντα, ομαδικό πνεύμα στην εργασία

  • Προσαρμοστικότητα και αποδοτικότητα υπό συνθήκες πίεσης
