If yes, we are looking for a Customer Experience Agent to join our Team in Greece

What you get to do in this role:

  • Process loan applications initiated by customers.

  • Answer inbound customer service calls and emails.

  • Perform outbound campaigns calls to boost sales.

  • Handle chats with customers.

  • Maintain high quality of communication with customers in all channels.

  • Adhere to the internal SLA`s set for the respective channels.

  • Demonstrate excellent attitude and collaboration to all customers and company employees.

What we are looking for:

  • BSc in Business Administration or other relevant degree

  • 1-3 years of experience in a call center environment

  • Proficient in relevant computer applications

  • Fluent level of English, both written and verbal

  • Knowledge of customer service practices and principles

  • Excellent data entry and typing skills

  • Superior listening, verbal, and written communication skills

  • Friendly and openminded individual
