About the Role:

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Expert
to manage all performance marketing areas such as Search & Social Media Advertising and Remarketing.

More specifically, we are looking for an ambitious and self-driven individual to handle Online Marketing campaigns for Google Ads (Search, Display & YouTube) and Social Media (Advertising). A suitable candidate must be comfortable in analyzing and reporting campaign data as well as having direct contact with the client.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage PPC campaigns in Google Ads, Facebook Ads and any other marketing platform and/or tool the company is using
  • Day-to-day management of all paid media client accounts including bidding, optimization, testing, client inquiries & requests, seasonal adjustments, and roll-out of new campaigns and promotions
  • Track, report, and analyze website analytics and PPC initiatives and campaigns
  • Manage Facebook & Instagram Ad campaigns,
  • Manage campaign expenses, staying on budget and estimating monthly costs
  • Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion and optimization
  • Research and implement search engine optimization recommendations
  • Research and analyze competitor bidding strategies
  • Overview the performance of digital marketing activities including email marketing, audience segmentation, engagement and Channel Activation.
  • Ensure knowledge of the digital marketing industry is kept up to date and relevant by networking/researching/reading blogs and news sources.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Have a prior experience in a similar position, handling medium to large Digital Marketing campaigns.
  • Have at least 2-3 years experience in digital marketing fields such as: Social Media (Paid), Google Ads and Web Analytics
  • Have extensive expertise in Facebook Ads in Facebook Business Manager
  • Be Google Ads Certified in Search & Display and have experience in an MCC environment for multiple accounts
  • Create media & advertising plans according to clients' requirements
  • Propose advertising strategies for branding & e-commerce
  • Be willing to follow the latest developments about internet marketing techniques and practices.
  • Have a passion for the online industry
  • Fluent in Greek & English
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Be able to work in a team
  • Be comfortable working on multiple projects
  • Have strong work ethic
  • Analytical thinking and capability to understand business requirements
  • Ability to translate business indicators into actionable strategies
