Job Description

At Desquared, we believe performance marketing should be built into the very DNA of digital products. We're seeking a passionate Performance Marketing Lead with a strong PPC and SEO background, experienced in creating and executing effective marketing plans that help users discover how our products create value.

As Performance Marketing Lead at Desquared, you will:

  • Own the implementation of performance marketing services across our digital products.
  • Develop and execute cross-channel marketing plans (PPC, email, and more) and work closely with product teams to bring them to life.
  • Lead SEO strategy and execution to drive sustainable organic user acquisition.
  • Partner with the Content team to shape and deliver an effective content marketing strategy.
  • Monitor and analyze performance across channels, optimizing for growth and ROI.
  • Communicate the value of performance marketing—internally and externally.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in a 360° digital marketing role, from planning through execution and performance analysis.
  • Hands-on expertise in PPC campaigns, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, plus analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Looker.
  • Proven experience in SEO strategy, ideally across GR, EU, and US markets.
  • Lead generation expertise: multi-channel campaigns, funnel optimization, and content alignment to drive qualified leads.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science, or Engineering.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in both English and Greek.
