Αναζητούμε επαγγελματία με βαθιά γνώση ψηφιακού μάρκετινγκ και πάθος για performance στρατηγικές, για την υλοποίηση καινοτόμων digital εκστρατειών για τα brands μας.

Αρμοδιότητες

  • Υλοποίηση και βελτιστοποίηση διαφημιστικών καμπανιών σε πλατφόρμες όπως Google Ads, Meta Ads, Criteo Ads και TikTok Ads, σύμφωνα με τους στόχους και KPIs της εταιρείας.

  • Εφαρμογή εξειδικευμένων δεξιοτήτων performance marketing: διαχείριση budget, δομή καμπάνιας, βελτιστοποίηση feed, έρευνα λέξεων-κλειδιών, δημιουργία διαφημιστικών κειμένων και αναφορές απόδοσης.

  • Σχεδιασμός και υλοποίηση στρατηγικών email marketing με δημιουργία στοχευμένων καμπανιών και αυτοματισμών.

  • Εξασφάλιση βέλτιστης απόδοσης καμπανιών μέσω συνεχούς βελτιστοποίησης βάσει προκαθορισμένων στόχων.

  • Ανάπτυξη αναλυτικών αναφορών για την τεκμηρίωση της απόδοσης επένδυσης διαφημιστικής δαπάνης (RoAS).

  • Παροχή εξειδικευμένων συμβουλών για τη μέγιστη αξιοποίηση των ψηφιακών εργαλείων.

  • Διαρκής ενημέρωση για τις τάσεις και βέλτιστες πρακτικές του performance marketing.

  • Επίδειξη συνεργατικού πνεύματος και συμβολή σε θετικό εργασιακό περιβάλλον με κατανόηση της σημασίας επίτευξης ομαδικών στόχων.

Προσόντα:

  • Τουλάχιστον 2 έτη πρακτική εμπειρία με Google Ads (search, display, shopping/pmax, video) και Meta Ads. Εμπειρία σε άλλες πλατφόρμες όπως TikTok Ads, Criteo Ads και προγραμματιστικές πλατφόρμες (DSPs) θα θεωρηθεί πλεονέκτημα.

  • Πρακτική εμπειρία με Google Analytics 4, ιδιαίτερα με προηγμένες λειτουργίες (Exploration, Custom Reports κλπ).

  • Πτυχίο στη Διοίκηση Επιχειρήσεων, Μάρκετινγκ, Επικοινωνία ή συναφές πεδίο.

  • Ικανότητα παρουσίασης και επικοινωνίας.

  • Προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια.

  • Ανεπτυγμένο αίσθημα καθήκοντος και ownership.

  • Διάθεση για συνεχή μάθηση, ευελιξία και πάθος για performance marketing.

  • Ικανότητα εργασίας σε γρήγορους ρυθμούς.

  • Άριστες γραπτές και προφορικές επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες στα Ελληνικά και Αγγλικά.

  • Εξοικείωση με Google Sheets και Google Looker Studio.

  • Εμπειρία χρήσης Microsoft/Google εργαλείων (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Slides κλπ).

  • Πιστοποίηση Google Ads & Analytics.
