Η Work4u αναζητά για λογαριασμό εμπορικής - τεχνικής εταιρείας, έναν/μία Project Engineer. Η εταιρεία δραστηριοποιείται στο σχεδιασμό και την εφαρμογή συστημάτων εξοικονόμησης ενέργειας στον τριτογενή τομέα, με έμφαση στις εγκαταστάσεις ανανεώσιμων πηγών ενέργειας, προσφέροντας προηγμένες και βιώσιμες λύσεις σε ιδιωτικούς και εμπορικούς πελάτες.

Ο/Η Project Engineer θα συμμετέχει ενεργά τόσο στο μελετητικό στάδιο όσο και στην υλοποίηση έργων ΑΠΕ και ενεργειακής αναβάθμισης, συνδυάζοντας τεχνική μελέτη στο γραφείο με εποπτεία στο πεδίο. Ο ρόλος στοχεύει στην ολοκληρωμένη διαχείριση έργων από το σχεδιασμό έως την παράδοση.

Κύριες Αρμοδιότητες

  • Προετοιμασία και σύνταξη τεχνικοοικομικών προσφορών.
  • Αποτυπώσεις Η/Μ εγκαταστάσεων κτιρίων και υποστήριξη σε τεχνικά σχέδια.
  • Εκπόνηση ηλεκτρολογικών μελετών και υποστήριξη σε μηχανολογικά έργα και έργα φυσικού αερίου.
  • Συμμετοχή στην έκδοση αδειών μικρής κλίμακας και στην έκδοση της Ηλεκτρονικής Ταυτότητας Κτιρίου.
  • Σύνταξη Πιστοποιητικών Ενεργειακής Απόδοσης και ενεργειακών προτάσεων
  • Διενέργεια αυτοψιών και τεχνικών ελέγχων στο πεδίο.
  • Παρακολούθηση συνεργείων και επίβλεψη έργων σε κτιριακές εγκαταστάσεις.

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

  • Πτυχίο Μηχανολόγου ή Ηλεκτρολόγου Μηχανικού από ΑΕΙ/ΤΕΙ.
  • Τουλάχιστον 2-3 χρόνια εμπειρίας σε μελέτες και τεχνική υποστήριξη κτιριακών εγκαταστάσεων, περιλαμβανομένων ηλεκτρολογικών, μηχανολογικών, συστημάτων θέρμανσης, φυσικού αερίου και φωτοβολταϊκών.
  • Ικανότητα σχεδιασμού σε AutoCAD 2D.
  • Ικανότητα ανάλυσης και επίλυσης τεχνικών προβλημάτων.
  • Οργανωτικές δεξιότητες και προθυμία για συνεργασία με ομάδες και πελάτες.
