Ο Ρόλος

Ως Συντονιστής/ρια Κλινικής & Διαχείρισης Ασθενών, θα είσαι το κεντρικό σημείο επαφής μεταξύ των ασθενών, της κλινικής ομάδας και των συνεργαζόμενων ιατρών. Ο ρόλος σου

συνδυάζει:

  • Τη διαχείριση ραντεβού και την ομαλή ροή της κλινικής
  • Την υποστήριξη στη διαδικασία θεραπείας (ιδιαίτερα σε εμφυτεύματα)
  • Τη συμβουλευτική των ασθενών και την ενημέρωση για τις διαθέσιμες επιλογές
  • Την ενίσχυση των πωλήσεων και την ανάπτυξη σχέσεων με συνεργάτες
  • Υποδοχή και καθοδήγηση ασθενών κατά τη διάρκεια της θεραπείας
  • Προετοιμασία φακέλων και προγραμματισμό διαγνωστικών εξετάσεων
  • Παρακολούθηση προόδου θεραπειών και ενημέρωση ιατρικών φακέλων
  • Παρακολούθηση ενδιαφερόμενων ασθενών για αύξηση του conversion rate
  • Διατήρηση σχέσεων με συνεργαζόμενους ιατρούς και οδοντιατρικές κλινικές
  • Σύνταξη reports και ανάλυση KPIs για τη βελτίωση των υπηρεσιών

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

  • Προϋπηρεσία σε ιατρικό/οδοντιατρικό περιβάλλον ή σε ρόλο διαχείρισης ασθενών
  • Επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες και εμπειρία στην εξυπηρέτηση πελατών
  • Εμπειρία σε πωλήσεις ή σε διαχείριση οικονομικών προτάσεων (επιθυμητό)
  • Οργανωτικές ικανότητες και προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια
  • Γνώση CRM (π.χ. Zoho, DentaWin) & εφαρμογών γραφείου (Excel, Google Suite)
  • Άριστη γνώση ελληνικών & αγγλικών
