Crew Assistant

We are currently seeking a
Crew Assistant
to join our team and support the efficient operation of the Crewing Department, ensuring smooth coordination of crew-related processes and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Checking each seafarer's documents
• Linking seamen documents with their card in the Company's ERP
• Monitoring and filing seamen CMS forms
• Arranging Newcomers Interviews
• Arranging Briefing – De briefing (calendar)
• Monitoring Newly Hires evaluations
• Reviewing all Flag Matrices which received along with Month End Docs
• Arranging for meeting rooms and keeping minutes during minutes
• Preparing crew documents to be sent via mail to the vessels
• Monitoring Sign off evaluations for Senior Officers
• Keeping Records of on signers training courses

Qualifications

• University Degree in Shipping
• At least 1 year of working experience in a similar position
• English language skills minimum B2 or equivalent – preferably C1 (or Graduate studies in English language)
• Proficient in computer skills with extensive experience in Microsoft Office and ERP software
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
