, θα συμβάλλεις καθοριστικά στη διαχείριση και ολοκλήρωση των διαδικασιών εισαγωγών και εξαγωγών, εξασφαλίζοντας την ομαλή ροή προϊόντων και τη συμμόρφωση με τους διεθνείς εμπορικούς κανονισμούς.

Καθήκοντα

  • Διαχείριση Παραγγελιών Αγορών (προετοιμασία σχετικών προς τον προμηθευτή εγγράφων, συντονισμός αποστολών με γνώμονα την σχέση "κόστος/χρόνος/είδος", στάδια εκτελωνιστικών εργασιών, απεικόνιση διαδικασιών στο σύστημα ERP)
  • Εμπορική Αλληλογραφία/Επικοινωνία (δεξιότητα προφορικού και γραπτού λόγου στην ελληνική και αγγλική γλώσσα)
  • Παρακολούθηση διεθνών εμπορικών όρων και νομοθεσιών για την βέλτιστη διεκπεραίωση των διαδικασιών εισαγωγών/εξαγωγών
  • Γνώση διαδικασιών εισαγωγών/εξαγωγών
  • Διαχείριση πιθανών κινδύνων κατά την διάρκεια των εκάστοτε εισαγωγικών/εξαγωγικών διαδικασιών

Προσόντα

  • Προϋπηρεσία τριών (3) ετών σε αντίστοιχη θέση
  • Καλή γνώση στους διεθνείς κανονισμούς εμπορίου
  • Άριστη γνώση Αγγλικής γλώσσας
  • Πτυχίο Τριτοβάθμιας Εκπαίδευσης Διοικητικής, Logistics, οικονομικής ή θετικής κατεύθυνσης
  • Άριστη ικανότητα επικοινωνίας
  • Επαγγελματισμός, συνέπεια, οργανωτικές δυνατότητες και ομαδικότητα
  • Αποδεδειγμένη ευχέρεια χρήσης Η/Υ
  • Εμπειρία σε επιχειρηματικό λογισμικό Entersoft EBS (επιθυμητή)
  • Καλή γνώση επιπρόσθετης ξένης γλώσσας (επιθυμητή)
