Its Greek subsidiary, VIPA Hellas, is headquartered in Thessaloniki (G&G Office Complex, Mediterranean Cosmos area) and employs more than 300 people in Greece, achieving constant dynamic growth in both operations and manpower. We are looking for a professional based in Thessaloniki, that will be working on a shift of 10:30-19:00, on a non-fixed contract.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • In charge of Data Entry and Electronic Document Management
  • Handling exports procedures
  • Ensuring company's database is updated
    Collaborating with colleagues in order to ensure customer satisfaction

Qualifications & Competencies

  • Degree in Logistics or Business Administration or any other related field
  • Up to two years of experience - this is an entry-level position
  • Excellent knowledge of English
  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Customer-centric approach
  • Critical thinking skills
    Ability to perform under pressure and deadlines
