We're looking for motivated-result oriented professionals to join our dynamic team and enhance productivity and effectiveness in our operations. In your role as an Outbound Calls Specialist (Appointment Setting with Physicians) you will be responsible to drive connections between our operations team and US healthcare professionals.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Conduct outbound calls & build rapport with gatekeepers (receptionists, office managers, PAs) to schedule meetings with physicians
  • Effectively explain the purpose of the call and the value proposition of scheduling meeting between US physicians and our Disease Specialist team
  • Engage gatekeepers by addressing concerns and highlighting benefits for the physicians
  • Be informed about the latest trends in the healthcare industry and how to effectively communicate with the US healthcare market

What We Are Looking For

  • Experience in cold calling or appointment setting or similar role
  • Exceptional communication skills, fluent English command with the ability to build rapport with English speakers
  • Commercial acumen with optional knowledge of the healthcare sector
  • Customer-centric attitude
  • Relationship Building & negotiation skills
  • Results driven mindset
  • Ability to work a scheduled shift from Monday to Friday, 3 PM to 11 PM.
