Business Development Representative Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Business Development Representative to join our team. As a Business Development Representative, you will play a key role in driving sales for Cloud solutions by engaging with businesses and identifying growth opportunities.

Your primary responsibility will be to connect with potential clients, understand their needs, and offer the right digital solutions to help them thrive. No technical background is required; just a passion for sales, strong communication skills, and a results-driven mindset.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Fluent German language skills and strong English skills
  • Sales, customer service, or business development experience (preferred but not required)
  • Confidence in outbound calls, cold outreach, and building rapport with clients
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to exceed targets
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
About the Role

In this role, you will:

  • Identify and qualify leads: Research and reach out to potential business clients interested in Google Cloud solutions.
  • Engage decision-makers: Build relationships, understand customer needs, and present tailored cloud solutions.
  • Drive sales growth: Consistently meet and exceed sales targets through outbound efforts.
  • Manage the sales pipeline: Track interactions and follow up effectively using CRM tools.
  • Collaborate and innovate: Work with your team to refine strategies and improve sales processes.
