ΑΓΓΕΛΙΑ: Logistics assistant & Customer Service

Τοποθεσία: Κολωνάκι, Αθήνα

Employment type: Part – time (4 ωρο)

Αρμοδιότητες

· Προετοιμασία / αποστολή πακέτων

· Προετοιμασία Commercial Invoices, για αποστολές σε Τρίτες χώρες

· Εξυπηρέτηση πελατών (τηλεφωνικά και μέσω email)

· Επικοινωνία και διεκπεραιώσεις με Τελωνεία (όταν απαιτείται)

· Παρακολούθηση αποστολών και επικοινωνία με εταιρίες courier (π.χ. FedEx, DHL)

· Διαχείριση και ενημέρωση αρχείων αποστολών και πελατών

· Υποστήριξη στην έκδοση παραστατικών (τιμολόγια, κτλ)

· Βασική ενασχόληση με ERP/CRM συστήματα

· Υποστήριξη στην γενική λειτουργία του γραφείου

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

· Καλή γνώση αγγλικών (γραπτά και προφορικά)

· Άνεση στη χρήση Η/Υ και MS Office ( Word, Excel, Outlook)

· Οργανωτικότητα, συνέπεια και προσοχή στην λεπτομέρεια

· Δεξιότητες επικοινωνίας και ομαδικό πνεύμα

· Απαραίτητη εμπειρία σε logistics
