Customer Success & Export Product Specialist
για να ενισχύσει η ομάδα εταιρίας leader στον κλάδο της καινοτομίας, της παραγωγής και των διεθνών αγορών. Ο ρόλος αυτός περιλαμβάνει στενή συνεργασία με πελάτες εξωτερικού και εσωτερικές ομάδες για την ανάπτυξη ποιοτικών, κανονιστικά συμβατών και εμπορικά ανταγωνιστικών προϊόντων — από την ιδέα έως την αποστολή. Customer Success & Export Product Specialist

Αρμοδιότητες:

  • Διαχείριση και ανάπτυξη πελατειακών σχέσεων με διεθνείς συνεργάτες
  • Συντονισμός όλων των σταδίων δημιουργίας νέων προϊόντων: από το brief μέχρι την παραγωγή Συνεργασία με R&D, Παραγωγή, Προμήθειες και Λογιστήριο για διασφάλιση ποιότητας και κοστολόγηση
  • Επικοινωνία με τον πελάτη για συσκευασία, claims και τελικά εικαστικά
  • Παρακολούθηση παραγωγής και χρονοδιαγράμματος υλοποίησης
  • Συμμετοχή σε διεθνείς εκθέσεις και εκπροσώπηση της εταιρείας
  • Διαχείριση προσφορών, Proforma Invoices και εμπορικών εγγράφων

Εμπειρία & γνώσεις:

  • BSc σε Διοίκηση Επιχειρήσεων, Marketing, Χημείας ή παρεμφερές
  • Προηγούμενη εμπειρία σε ανάλογο ρόλο στον χώρο FMCG, καλλυντικών, φαρμάκων, τροφίμων ή παρεμφερή
  • Άριστη γνώση Αγγλικής γλώσσας (γραπτά & προφορικά)
  • Δεξιότητες στο MS Office και ψηφιακά εργαλεία επικοινωνίας
  • Καλή γνώση εμπορικών και ρυθμιστικών απαιτήσεων για προϊόντα εξαγωγής

  • Οργανωτικότητα, προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια, ικανότητα συντονισμού ομάδων και διαδικασιών
  • Δημιουργικότητα, ευελιξία και πελατοκεντρική προσέγγιση
