ManpowerGroup Greece, on behalf of our client, a leading international tobacco company, is seeking Front Office Coordinator.

Location: Chalandri

Working Days & Hours: Monday – Friday, 09:00 – 17:30 (including break)

Contract Duration: Annual, with prospects for renewal

What you will do:

As a Front Office Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and internal teams, manage day-to-day office operations, and support HR and administrative processes to ensure a smooth and efficient workplace.

More specifically:

  • Welcome and assist visitors while managing the telephone switchboard and correspondence efficiently
  • Support office operations, including procurement of supplies and coordination with external service providers
  • Draft, manage, and distribute internal and external communications to employees and partners
  • Assist Human Resources with tasks such as tracking leave, attendance, and managing digital access systems
  • Coordinate and execute a variety of office functions, including scheduling meetings, maintaining records, and completing corporate forms
  • Collect and maintain stakeholder information to support communication and reporting
  • Support compliance-related processes, helping ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements

What we are looking for:

  • Previous experience in Office Administration, Receptionist duties, or similar roles
  • Holder of a Bachelor's degree
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Positive attitude, reliability, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
