About the Role

We're hiring Customer Support Representatives to help clients with their questions, resolve issues, and provide outstanding service online, over the phone, or via chat.

What You'll Do
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
  • Guide users through solutions and troubleshoot simple technical issues
  • Ensure each customer has a positive and professional experience
  • Work closely with the team to improve customer satisfaction
  • Keep clear records of interactions using internal systems
What We're Looking For
  • Fluency in English (C1 level or higher)
  • Already based in Athens, Greece
  • Eligible to work in Greece (EU passport or valid permit)
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
  • Team player with a proactive attitude
