Flexopack, a leading company in flexible packaging, with a global footprint, is looking to hire an energetic individual to join the Group. The position will be based in Koropi, Attiki.

Junior Production Planning – Master Data Analyst

The Master Data Analyst will join our Production Planning team.The team is in the center of all operations of the organization and provides high visibility on many functions within Flexopack.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain all necessary data for new and existing product items (SKUs).
  • Create and maintain Bill of Materials (BOMs), routings and production versions within the ERP system.
  • Communicate with all necessary departments to collect the correct data.
  • Ensure completeness and accuracy of all data.
  • Undertake administrative tasks to keep activities related to the Production Planning department running smoothly.
  • Write and maintain documentation on processes regarding the Production Planning department

Necessary Qualifications:

  • BSc in Business Administration, or any other related field will be considered a plus.

  • Fluent English, both in written and oral communication skills.

  • Excellent knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and other commonly used office packages.

  • Completed military obligations.
  • Familiarity with SAP will be appreciated.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Spirit of cooperation.
  • Willingness to learn.
  • Previous experience in a similar position will be appreciated.
