Our success comes from us working together as one team to make a positive difference for the local communities we serve.ABOUT YOUR NEW JOB:The Route Planner will be instrumental in revolutionizing the efficiency and effectiveness of the Sales Workforce's daily schedules. This strategic position is dedicated to driving innovative routing enhancements making sure that contact strategy is aligned with business priorities. Reporting directly to the BU Route to Market Operations Manager, the Route Planner will work in close partnership with the DIA team and Group RTM to leverage state-of-the-art tools and technologies in route planning.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Strategic Route Planning:Develops and implements tailored geo-intelligence applications (DRO) in combination with Geographic Information Systems to drive routing effectiveness. * Tasked with acquiring in-depth knowledge of the routing models and playing an active role in their design and implementation.Customer Segmentation & Contact Strategy:Execute customer segmentation aligned with corporate strategy to refine and optimize service policies focusing to improve segmentation leveraging further DIA Multicategory Tool.Adjusts contact strategy as per sales structure needs, coordinates implementation & monitors progress while uses market analysis, DIA insights, surveys & Time n Motion studies to shape call concept & frequency.Collaboration and Communication:Cultivate strong communication channels with sales teams, senior management, Group RTM and the DIA team to facilitate alignment and knowledge sharing.Organize and facilitate cross-functional meetings and collaborative workshops to ensure cohesive execution of routing strategies.Identify potential issues proactively, leveraging problem-solving skills to deliver effective solutions that ensure smooth routing operations and minimize disruptions.Project Involvement and Tool Development:Partner with the DIA team to drive innovations in daily sales force scheduling, focusing on automating processes and improving workflow efficiencies.Conduct routine data analysis and maintenance to ensure alignment with key business indicators.Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills:Utilize advanced analytical skills to interpret complex data, providing insights that support strategic initiatives.Apply strong problem-solving capabilities to drive continuous improvement efforts, enhancing productivity and quality within the department.QUALIFICATIONS:Education:
- University Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- A Master's Degree in a relevant area (Information Management, Geoinformatics) is highly desirable
- Demonstrated interest in Geographic Information Systems will be considered an asset.
Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in Commercial Function, with analytical background
Skills
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, MS Access, MS PowerPoint, familiarity with SAP platforms and GIS too
- Strong mindset, result oriented, project management skill
- Fluent in English, with a strong command of the Greek language.
- Exceptional communication, customer service, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a knack for data-driven decision-making.
- Capable of navigating complex data sets, analyzing trends, and summarizing key information clearly and concisely.
