The company offers the opportunity to those who wish to express interest in the position of Cost/Risk Analyst (Αναλυτής Κόστους / Κινδύνων Έργων) for its premises in Chalkidiki. The position will report to the PMO/Controls Manager of the Projects Department, based in Olympias.

Main Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain cost tracking tools for actuals, commitments, forecasts, and accruals
• Monitor project spend vs. budget, identify variances, and support monthly cost performance reports
• Work with Project Managers and Finance to reconcile cost data and ensure accuracy in reporting
• Assist with preparation of cost forecasts and cost-to-complete evaluations
• Support budget development for new projects and major changes
• Track and record budget adjustments, AFEs, and change orders, maintaining full audit trails
• Ensure alignment of cost changes with schedules and scope adjustments
• Maintain and update project and portfolio risk registers in collaboration with PMs
• Monitor mitigation actions, update risk status, and prepare monthly risk exposure reports
• Support qualitative and quantitative risk assessments, including risk scoring and heat maps

Requirements:

• Technical diploma or bachelor's degree in Finance, Engineering or a related field
• 1–3 years of experience in cost control, financial planning, or project controls
• Experience in capital-intensive industries (e.g., mining, energy, construction) preferred
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and cross-functional communication
• Strong Excel / Power BI or equivalent analytical skills
• Familiarity with budgeting, forecasting, and earned value metrics
• Understanding of risk analysis tools or frameworks (e.g. risk matrix)
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights for project leaders
