Junior Product Manager/Buyer

Στην OFFICEMART ειδικευόμαστε στην παροχή ολοκληρωμένων λύσεων προμηθειών γραφείου σε επιχειρήσεις (B2B). Αναζητούμε ένα φιλόδοξο και οργανωμένο άτομο για να καλύψει τη θέση του Junior Product Manager / Buyer. Αυτός ο ρόλος αποτελεί ιδανική ευκαιρία εισόδου στον κλάδο, προσφέροντας εκπαίδευση τόσο στη στρατηγική διαχείριση προϊόντων όσο και στις πρακτικές διαδικασίες αγορών (procurement).

Ο/Η ιδανικός/ή υποψήφιος/α θα υποστηρίξει την ομάδα μας στη διαχείριση του χαρτοφυλακίου προϊόντων μας και στη διατήρηση άριστων σχέσεων με τους προμηθευτές.

Κύριες Αρμοδιότητες

Υπό την επίβλεψη του Εμπορικού Διευθυντή, τα καθήκοντά σας θα περιλαμβάνουν:

Υποστήριξη Διαχείρισης Προϊόντων: Βοήθεια στην ανάπτυξη και υλοποίηση στρατηγικών για συγκεκριμένες κατηγορίες προμηθειών γραφείου και αναλωσίμων.

Διαδικασίες Αγορών (Procurement): Διαχείριση εντολών αγοράς, παρακολούθηση παραδόσεων και διασφάλιση της τήρησης των συμφωνιών με τους προμηθευτές.

Έρευνα Αγοράς: Συλλογή δεδομένων για τις τάσεις του κλάδου, ανάλυση τιμών ανταγωνισμού και εντοπισμός νέων, καινοτόμων προϊόντων.

Δεδομένα & Αναφορές: Ενημέρωση βάσεων δεδομένων προϊόντων, ανάλυση βασικών δεικτών απόδοσης (KPIs) και προετοιμασία τακτικών αναφορών για τα αποθέματα και τις πωλήσεις.

Επικοινωνία με Προμηθευτές: Καθημερινή επικοινωνία με προμηθευτές για διευκρινίσεις, παρακολούθηση παραγγελιών και επίλυση βασικών ζητημάτων.

Συνεργασία με Εσωτερικά Τμήματα: Υποστήριξη των ομάδων Marketing και Πωλήσεων με πληροφορίες προϊόντων, τιμοκαταλόγους και δείγματα.

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

Προηγούμενη εργασιακή εμπειρία τουλάχιστον 3 ετών σε εμπορικό τμήμα με αντικείμενο αγορές ή supply chain.

Γνώση του αντικειμένου των office supplies

Πτυχίο ΑΕΙ/ΤΕΙ (κατά προτίμηση σε Διοίκηση Επιχειρήσεων, Marketing, Οικονομικά ή Εφοδιαστική Αλυσίδα).

Εξαιρετική γνώση MS Excel και άνεση στη χρήση συστημάτων ERP.

Ικανότητα στην ανάλυση αριθμών και δεδομένων.

Ισχυρές διαπραγματευτικές ικανότητες και δεξιότητες διαχείρισης προμηθευτών.

Οργανωτικό πνεύμα, προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια και ικανότητα εργασίας σε περιβάλλον με γρήγορους ρυθμούς.

Άριστη γνώση Αγγλικών.
