Job Title: Junior Project Manager

Job Location: Athens, Greece

Huawei is currently looking for a dynamic and ambitious Junior Project Manager to join Programs Management Department. The role is responsible for the co-ordination and leadership of a project team to deliver project[s] on time, within budget and to quality standards.

Main Responsibilities:

· Manage Huawei sales and delivery projects

· Responsible for project planning andimplementation, ensure project deliverables quality, be responsible for projectfinance and cost control, manage project risks, issues and tasks

· Responsible for reviewing, monitoring anddelivering all contractual project requirements

· Create high quality Project ManagementDocumentation including regular project status reports

· Guide and help project team in deliveryactivities

· Management of Consultants, Contractors andSubcontractors engaged on the project

· Identification of the process and toolinggaps. Tailoring demands for the projects and proposal of cost effective andrealizable improvement actions. Align and follow-up with customer experts andmanagement.

· Ensure that the project is appropriatelyresourced with the right levels of experience and expertise

· Manage client relationship and projectstakeholders; maintain the good relationship with customer, be responsible forcustomer satisfaction

· Support Huawei services sales activitiesand be responsible for service proposal and offers

· Work collaboratively with Account Managerand Product Manager to develop strategies and specific approaches toidentify sales opportunities

· Target setting and performance management

· Leadership, motivation and performanceevaluation of project team members

· Overall budget preparation, monitoring andmanagement

Requirements:

· University degree in Telecommunications orrelated field

· 3+ years of Project Management workingexperience in Telecommunications

· Advanced knowledge ofTelecommunications/Wireless Project Management

· Technical knowledge of Telco products,mobile communication and IT technologies preferred – not mandatory

· A solid understanding of Radio and CoreNetwork technologies

· Familiar with Greek Telecom Market

· Knowledge and applied experiences ofprofessional project management methodologies

· Ability to read and understand financialmetrics and identify remedies to financial issues

· An excellent understanding of end to endprocess of Telecom project delivery.

· A high level of cultural awareness andexperience managing multi-cultural teams.

· Strong Interpersonal Skills, TeamLeadership Skills and Work Ethic

· Target-driven, Result-focused and Flexible

· Excellent command of English and Greeklanguage (both written and oral).

· PMP / AGILE certification will beconsidered a plus
