Job Title: Junior Project Manager

Job Location: Athens, Greece

Huawei is currently looking for a dynamic and ambitious Junior Project Manager to join Programs Management Department. The role is responsible for the co-ordination and leadership of a project team to deliver project[s] on time, within budget and to quality standards.

Main Responsibilities:

· Manage Huawei sales and delivery projects

· Responsible for project planning and
implementation, ensure project deliverables quality, be responsible for project
finance and cost control, manage project risks, issues and tasks

· Responsible for reviewing, monitoring and
delivering all contractual project requirements

· Create high quality Project Management
Documentation including regular project status reports

· Guide and help project team in delivery
activities

· Management of Consultants, Contractors and
Subcontractors engaged on the project

· Identification of the process and tooling
gaps. Tailoring demands for the projects and proposal of cost effective and
realizable improvement actions. Align and follow-up with customer experts and
management.

· Ensure that the project is appropriately
resourced with the right levels of experience and expertise

· Manage client relationship and project
stakeholders; maintain the good relationship with customer, be responsible for
customer satisfaction

· Support Huawei services sales activities
and be responsible for service proposal and offers

· Work collaboratively with Account Manager
and Product Manager to develop strategies and specific approaches to
identify sales opportunities

· Target setting and performance management

· Leadership, motivation and performance
evaluation of project team members

· Overall budget preparation, monitoring and
management

Requirements:

· University degree in Telecommunications or
related field

· 3+ years of Project Management working
experience in Telecommunications

· Advanced knowledge of
Telecommunications/Wireless Project Management

· Technical knowledge of Telco products,
mobile communication and IT technologies preferred – not mandatory

· A solid understanding of Radio and Core
Network technologies

· Familiar with Greek Telecom Market

· Knowledge and applied experiences of
professional project management methodologies

· Ability to read and understand financial
metrics and identify remedies to financial issues

· An excellent understanding of end to end
process of Telecom project delivery.

· A high level of cultural awareness and
experience managing multi-cultural teams.

· Strong Interpersonal Skills, Team
Leadership Skills and Work Ethic

· Target-driven, Result-focused and Flexible

· Excellent command of English and Greek
language (both written and oral).

· PMP / AGILE certification will be
considered a plus
