Our environment is hands-on, technical and fast-moving, offering exposure to satellite communications, cybersecurity, vessel IT networks and real operational problem-solving.

Role Description

Full-time on-site role in Piraeus, with frequent vessel attendances in Greece and abroad. You will support the fleet's IT infrastructure, handle onboard installations, resolve technical issues, maintain shipboard systems, and assist in daily troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities


• Provide onboard & remote IT support to vessels


• Install, configure & maintain PCs, printers, switches, NAS, CCTV, routers


• Diagnose hardware/software issues and carry out hands-on repairs


• Coordinate & resolve vessel support requests (tickets)


• Participate in rollouts, upgrades & newbuilding IT setups

Qualifications


• 1–2 years experience in IT support / field support


• Good knowledge of networking (LAN/WAN, VLANs, routing, cabling)


• Understanding of Windows environments & Office 365 administration


• Strong troubleshooting mentality


• Good English communication


• Willingness to travel and work onboard when needed

Bonus skills


• Experience with maritime IT systems (Starlink/VSAT, firewalls, CCTV)


• Familiarity with AD, remote management tools, cybersecurity basics


• Previous seagoing or tech-field work considered an asset
