We are seeking a skilled Telesales Represantative to join our team and take responsibility for the successful execution of TS projects, ensuring that our objectives are met with precision and efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Contact prospective customers by phone to promote products or services (mobile phone plans, energy packages)
  • Explain pricing, promotions, and service details in a clear and trustworthy manner
  • Handle customer inquiries, resolve doubts, and manage objections
  • Record all call details and outcomes in the company's CRM platform
  • Work toward and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
  • Provide a high level of customer satisfaction and contribute to team goals
  • Stay up to date with promotions, pricing plans, and industry trends

Requirements

  • Previous experience in telesales or phone sales (preferably in the Telco or Energy sectors)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a dynamic workplace
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms (Salesforce,  or other)
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle rejection gracefully
  • Commitment to delivering high service quality and securing customer loyalty
