Λογιστή

Τύπος απασχόλησης: Πενθήμερη, πλήρους ωραρίου (8ωρη).

Κύριες Αρμοδιότητες

  • Καταχώρηση παραστατικών (Αγορές Εσωτερικού & Εξωτερικού, Δαπάνες, Πάγια).

  • Διεκπεραίωση πληρωμών & επικοινωνία με πελάτες και προμηθευτές.

  • Συμφωνία τραπεζικών λογαριασμών και ταμείου & χαρτοφυλακίου

  • Συμφωνίες Εμπορικής Διαχείρισης και Γενικής Λογιστικής.

  • Διαχείριση διαδικασιών εισαγωγών–εξαγωγών (Ε.Ε. και ΤΧ),κοστολόγηση φακέλων εισαγωγών

  • Παρακολούθηση αποθέματος πρώτων υλών.

  • Υποστήριξη προετοιμασίας ΦΠΑ, Intrastat και VIES

  • Έλεγχος ψηφιακής κάρτας εργασίας και υπερωριών.

  • Παρακολούθηση Εμπορικής Διαχείρισης ως προς την ορθή διεκπεραίωση της διαδικασίας τιμολόγησης & ιδιαίτερη έμφαση στην διεκπεραίωση των εξαγωγών Ε.Ε. & Τ.Χ.

  • Αρχειοθέτηση παραστατικών τιμολόγησης σύμφωνα με τα απαιτούμενα έγγραφα συνοδευτικών διεκπεραίωσης των πωλήσεων

  • myData

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

  • Απόφοιτος ΑΕΙ ή ΤΕΙ Οικονομικής / Λογιστικής κατεύθυνσης.

  • Επιθυμητή εμπειρία σε μηχανογραφημένο λογιστήριο (Γ' κατηγορίας βιβλίων).

  • Γνώση λογισμικού Atlantis ή Softone θα θεωρηθεί επιπλέον προσόν.

  • Πολύ καλή γνώση της Αγγλικής γλώσσας (γραπτά και προφορικά).

  • Άριστη χρήση προγραμμάτων Η/Υ (Word, Excel).
