Job description

Are you passionate about travel and hospitality?  MTS Greece is seeking a Destination Manager to lead operations in Kos and elevate our destination offerings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and promote travel experiences in Kos
  • Act as the main point of contact for suppliers, providers, and tour operators
  • Negotiate contracts and package deals with local vendors
  • Oversee budgeting and financial planning
  • Monitor performance metrics and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Supervise departments including reservations, transfers, excursions, and airport services
  • Handle operational issues and ensure smooth service delivery

Qualifications & Skills

  • 2–5 years of experience in the travel or hospitality industry, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
  • Fluent in English
  • Strong budgeting and cost control skills
  • Commercial acumen
  • Proficient in IT and computer systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Strong leadership and performance management skills

Requirements
  • 2–5 years of experience in the travel or hospitality industry, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
