Panathinaikos FC — one of Europe's most historic football clubs — is entering a new era of growth and innovation. With our new 40,000-seat stadium on the horizon, we are building a top-tier commercial organization to match the scale and ambition of the club.

We're now looking for a Partnerships Associate to join our Commercial Team and help drive the next generation of sponsorships and brand collaborations.

What you'll do:


• Identify, pitch, and support commercial partnerships and sponsorship deals.


• Research potential partners and help prepare proposals and presentations.


• Build strong relationships with brands and agencies.


• Collaborate with marketing, activations, and ticketing teams to deliver partnership rights.


• Track campaign performance and support reporting.


• Stay up to date on sports marketing and sponsorship trends.

What we're looking for:


• 1–4 years of experience in business development, consulting, or marketing.


• Strong commercial mindset and analytical approach to problem-solving.


• Excellent communication and presentation skills (Greek & English).


• Organized, proactive, and confident, engaging with senior stakeholders.


• Passion for sports, entertainment, and brands.


• Experience in a consulting firm, commercial role, or sports organization is a plus.
