We are seeking an
IT Analyst
with hands-on experience in
Splunk
to support monitoring, analysis, and reporting across IT systems and applications. The role focuses on analyzing operational data, building dashboards, and supporting system reliability and performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and analyze logs and operational data using
    Splunk
  • Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, reports, and alerts
  • Investigate incidents and support root cause analysis
  • Collaborate with IT teams to improve system visibility and operational efficiency
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across monitoring platforms
  • Maintain documentation and follow operational best practices

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience working with Splunk
  • Experience with log analysis, monitoring, or operational data platforms
  • Ability to create queries, dashboards, and alerts in Splunk
  • Understanding of IT systems, applications, and infrastructure
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
