We are seeking a skilled and motivated IT Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to users, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems. You will work closely with internal teams and external clients to resolve technical challenges and improve overall efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to staff and users via phone, email, or in-person.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Install and configure computer systems, software, and peripherals.
  • Maintain and update IT systems, ensuring they are secure and up to date.
  • Assist with the setup and management of user accounts, access, and permissions.
  • Collaborate with other teams to implement IT solutions and improvements.
  • Monitor IT systems for performance and security issues.
  • Document and track support requests and resolutions.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in IT support or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of computer systems, networks, and software applications.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical users.
  • Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
