Position: French‑Speaking Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities
- Handle inquiries via phone, email, and chat for premium appliances.
- Offer guidance on the use, maintenance, and troubleshooting of appliances.
- Manage and resolve customer complaints efficiently, clarifying needs and identifying root causes.
- Coordinate repairs, replacements, refunds, or exchanges as required and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Process orders and assist with placement or escalation procedures.
Requirements
- Fluent in French
, strong communication skills in English. - Prior experience in customer support or troubleshooting, ideally in appliances or technical products.
- Strong verbal and written skills, adept in active listening.
- Comfortable using basic software and customer service tools.
- Positive, proactive, team‑oriented attitude.
