process. As a Software & Systems Project Manager on our Project Office Team, you'll drive

technology initiatives from concept through production, partnering with cross-functional

teams, architects, engineers, and stakeholders to build platforms that empower our clients'

success.

Reporting Structure

  • Reports to: Head of Project Management Office (PMO) for methodology, governance, and portfolio alignment
  • Leads: Cross-functional delivery teams (including developers, QA engineers, DevOps, and UX/UI) for the duration of each project.

What You'll Own

  • End-to-End Software Delivery: Plan, execute, monitor, and close projects that deliver enterprise software and systems, ensuring they meet scope, budget, and timeline goals.
  • Agile & DevOps Integration: Champion Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban),coordinate sprint planning, retrospectives, and release management; interface with DevOps to manage CI/CD pipelines, environments, and deployments.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as the central communicator for product owners, technical leads, QA, and external partners—aligning expectations, managing priorities, and reporting progress.
  • Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify technical and organizational risks, draft mitigation strategies, and escalate issues as needed to keep delivery on track.
  • Quality & Compliance: Ensure adherence to coding standards, security policies, and regulatory requirements; work with QA and security teams on test strategies and audits.
  • Metrics & Reporting: Define and track key delivery metrics (velocity, burn-down, uptime SLAs), generate status reports, and present insights to stakeholders and executive sponsors.

What You Bring

  • Experience: 3+ years managing end-to-end software or systems integration projects
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (Master's a plus)
  • Technical Acumen: Familiarity with modern tech stacks (e.g., cloud platforms, microservices, APIs), software development lifecycles, and DevOps tooling (e.g., Kubernetes, Jenkins, Git)
  • Methodologies: Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMP, or equivalent; hands-on experience facilitating Agile ceremonies
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communicator and collaborator; adept at balancing technical detail with big-picture vision
  • Mobility: Willingness to engage with on-premise and remote teams as needed
