HelpDesk Software Engineer
The successful candidate will be part of the Software &Consulting Services department and will participate in the testing and supportof application software throughout all phases of the project (development,system/regression/integration testing, support). In addition, he/she will beresponsible for collecting application software support requests, diagnosingany first-level errors, and informing the application development team of anysecond-level fixes.

- Support and test software applications across all project phases
- Troubleshoot & resolve first-level issues
- Communicate with clients & documentincidents
- Collaborate with Dev & QA teams forescalations
What we're looking for:
- Degree in Computer Science / STEM field
- Experience in software support or similar role
- Knowledge of OS, databases & networks
- Team spirit + problem-solving mindset
- Native Greek & strong English
Nice to have:
- Software development & database skills
- Experience with Agile/Scrum, Jira
- Availability for shift work
