Ο ρόλος

Αναζητούμε 
Digital Marketing Executive
 με τουλάχιστον 
2 χρόνια εμπειρίας,
 για πλήρη απασχόληση και ενεργό ρόλο στον σχεδιασμό, εκτέλεση και βελτιστοποίηση διαφημιστικών ενεργειών σε πολλαπλές πλατφόρμες.

Αρμοδιότητες

  • Σχεδιασμός, υλοποίηση και διαχείριση διαφημιστικών ενεργειών σε META Business Suite (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok for Business, LinkedIn Campaign Manager και Google Ads.
  • Προετοιμασία & προσαρμογή δημιουργικών με Canva (static/short-form, προσαρμογή και exports ανά πλατφόρμα και ενέργεια), σε συνεργασία με designers όπου κρίνεται απαραίτητο.
  • Κατανόηση δυνατοτήτων & περιορισμών κάθε πλατφόρμας και επιλογή κοινών βάσει των στόχων της καμπάνιας.
  • Γνώση/παρακολούθηση πολιτικών διαφήμισης, ειδικά σε ευαίσθητες κατηγορίες προϊόντων. Προηγούμενη εμπειρία σε τέτοιες καμπάνιες θα αποτελέσει πλεονέκτημα.
  • Καθημερινό monitoring & optimization (budgets, bids, audiences, creatives, A/B testing) για βελτίωση κόστους και απόδοσης.
  • Δημιουργία reports & παρουσιάσεων με βασικές μετρήσεις και insights προς την ομάδα ή/και τον πελάτη.
  • Συνεργασία με στρατηγική & δημιουργικό για ολοκληρωμένες ενέργειες marketing.

Απαραίτητα προσόντα

  • 2+ έτη εμπειρίας σε ανάλογο ρόλο (agency ή in-house).
  • Πολύ καλή γνώση META Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, TikTok for Business και Google Ads.
  • Άνεση στο Canva, για δημιουργικά και γρήγορες προσαρμογές (resizing, variations, captions).
  • Ικανότητα αξιολόγησης & επιλογής στόχων (objectives, optimization) ανά πλατφόρμα.
  • Καλή αντίληψη κανόνων και περιορισμών στις πλατφόρμες, ειδικά για ευαίσθητες κατηγορίες.
  • Διάθεση για συνεχή ενημέρωση σε αλλαγές που διαφοροποιούν την εκτέλεση ή/και εμπλουτίζουν τις δυνατότητες ή/και αλλάζουν τις πολιτικές κάθε πλατφόρμας
  • Πολύ καλή γνώση Ελληνικών & Αγγλικών (γραπτά/προφορικά).
