This is an entry-level to junior position. We value your potential and personal qualities just as much as — if not more than — your prior experience. You'll work closely with our Finance team and get exposure to everything finance, from expense claims to audits. • A hands-on introduction to the finance function in a fast-paced SaaS company.

• Practical exposure to accounts payable, accounts receivable, expense management, and audits.

• Skills in Excel and modern accounting tools.
• Experience collaborating with auditors and cross-functional teams.
• A clear path to grow into more advanced roles in finance and accounting as you progress.

• Own data entry, bookkeeping, and accounts payable (vendor invoices), ensuring accurate recording of financial transactions in our accounting software.
• Process internal procurement requests and expense claims in a timely manner.
• Assist with accounts receivable, including customer invoicing and collections.
• Perform bank reconciliations.
• Help prepare documentation to support our annual external audit.
• Assist with the preparation of simple financial reports and summaries for management.
• Work cross-functionally with other teams to gather information, resolve discrepancies, and keep processes running smoothly.
• Take on ad-hoc administrative and finance tasks as needed.

• A degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (recent graduates welcome).
• Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
• Good working knowledge of Excel (formulas, pivot tables a plus).
• Strong communication skills – able to work with colleagues across teams and external partners.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, stay organized, and meet deadlines.
• Eagerness to learn new systems, tools, and processes.
