We are looking for a Senior CRM Specialist to join Alterlife's team

The role of a
Senior CRM Specialist
involves managing and optimizing our CRM system and strategies to enhance the customer experience, improve retention, and drive sales growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer relationships, analyzing data, and developing targeted engagement strategies to increase customer loyalty and lifetime value. Key Responsibilities

· Management and optimization of the CRM system and automated workflows.

· Design and implementation of customer retention and loyalty strategies.

· Customer data analysis and creation of personalized marketing campaigns (email, SMS, push notifications).

· Monitoring KPIs and providing insights to improve sales and customer experience.

· Collaboration with Marketing and Sales departments to develop personalized offers and promotional actions.

· Management of customer segmentation and scoring models for more effective targeting.

· Use of data analysis tools to enhance the customer journey

Key Qualifications & Skills

· BSc in Business Administration, Marketing, Statistics or related field

· Minimum of 2 years of experience in CRM, Data Science, commercial analysis, statistics, or other related fields.

· Knowledge of CRM systems

· Experience in customer data analysis and creating automated marketing actions.

· Strong knowledge of KPIs associated with customer loyalty, retention and the entire customer lifecycle

· Proficiency in Excel, Google Analytics, Power BI (or other analytics tools), with excellent technical skills and the ability to analyze and interpret data effectively.

· Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

· Preferred experience in the Communications, Retail or Subscription Services industries
