Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and participate in end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM implementation projects, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
  • Configure and customize D365 Customer Engagement applications and mobile solutions in accordance with organizational needs.
  • Work across one or more Dynamics 365 CE modules (Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing) to deliver business value.
  • Design, develop, and maintain CRM components, including Entities, Forms, Views, Business Rules, Web Resources, Dashboards, Security Roles, Workflows, Relationships, Ribbons, and Charts.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, document functional specifications, and translate them into effective technical solutions.
  • Support system integrations with other Microsoft products such as Power BI, PowerApps, and Azure.
  • Extend and enhance CRM capabilities using C#, .NET, and JavaScript.
  • Contribute to solution delivery within Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe) and adopt DevOps practices to support continuous improvement and deployment.
  • Provide technical guidance, issue resolution, and end-user support to ensure system reliability and performance.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Minimum of 3 years' hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM implementations, with techno-functional ability.
  • Proven expertise in system configuration and customization within D365 CE.
  • Strong working knowledge of at least one CE module: Sales, Customer Service, or Marketing
    .
  • Experience in integrating Dynamics 365 with other Microsoft Technologies (Power BI, PowerApps, Azure, etc.).
  • Proficiency in programming languages including C#, .NET, and JavaScript.
  • Experience working within Agile frameworks and familiarity with DevOps practices.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
