The Role: Your Impact and Responsibilities

As a
Night Shift Customer Advisor
, you will serve as the
initial and primary point of contact
for the client's customer base. Your central objective is to consistently deliver
exceptional service and support

phone, email, and live chat

• Comprehensive Customer Support:
  Provide accurate and professional assistance by handling inbound communications from start to finish.
• Order and Product Expertise:
  Track online orders, manage returns and exchanges, and provide detailed information on a vast range of products and services.
• Complex Problem Resolution:

Candidate Requirements

• Fluent English Proficiency:
