Business Development Officer

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Officer, to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in identifying growth opportunities, building strategic partnerships and contributing to the overall success of our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and achieve company's goals
Identify, evaluate and pursue potential clients, markets and business opportunities
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and partners
Negotiate contracts and close business deals
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with business goals and successful project delivery
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics or a related field.
A Master's degree will be considered an asset.
A minimum of 1-3 years of proven experience in business development, corporate strategy or a similar role
Excellent communication, strong negotiation and presentation skills
Analytical mindset with the ability to identify market trends and opportunities
Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in English (additional languages are an advantage)
Ability to travel as required.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools
