Who we are looking for

As a Talent Acquisition Intern at Agile Actors, you will support the Talent team with sourcing initiatives and help manage talent pipelines across diverse recruitment needs. Your day-to-day will involve collaborating with the team to attract top professionals, particularly in software development, IT, and business domains.

To be eligible, you must be currently enrolled in a recognized educational institution in Greece and have been approved for ESPA funding.

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
  • Coordinate interviews and support communication with candidates.
  • Maintain and update our applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team on employer branding initiatives.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field, with an active student status.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Interest in talent acquisition and recruitment best practices.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken
