Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

We're looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join the HR team of a fast-growing retail startup in Athens. This is a key role for the company's expansion and you'll be responsible for attracting, selecting, and placing talent for all the company's new physical stores, from entry-level staff to Store Managers. You will work closely with HR and Management Team to ensure our new hires fit our brand identity and support the growth of our store network.

Responsibilities

As a
Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist,
your main duties will include:

• Organizing and executing the recruitment strategy for all new stores.
• Managing the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviews, evaluation, and offer management.
• Gaining a deep understanding of all in-store roles to effectively evaluate candidates.
• Collaborating with the Store Network Manager to forecast staffing needs.
• Building a robust talent pipeline for future needs and career development.
• Managing HR tools and recruiting reports.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate for this
Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist
, role will have:

• Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or relevant field
• A Master in Human Resources will be considered a plus
• Excellent command of both Greek and English.
• A solid understanding of the operational environment of physical stores.
• The ability to build trusting relationships with managers and candidates.
• A proactive, hands-on approach and a startup mindset.
• The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Please note: You may have to visit store locations occasionally.
