At Kiefer TEK Ltd., we believe the future of HR is data-driven and people-focused. We're looking for an HR Data & Talent Growth Specialist to join our team — someone who loves recruitment, enjoys working with data, and wants to help people grow.

In this role, you'll manage end-to-end hiring while creating HR dashboards and insights that guide smarter decisions and shape a great employee experience.

What you'll do

  • Run the full recruitment process: posting, screening, interviews, onboarding.
  • Build and maintain HR dashboards (hiring, turnover, engagement, performance).
  • Analyze HR data and share insights with leadership.
  • Keep HRIS records accurate and up to date.
  • Support employees and managers with HR policies and development.
  • Drive HR projects that improve the way we work.
